In order to promote the renewal and upgrading of drying line equipment of shoe and plastic enterprises in Neikeng Town and effectively solve the pain points of major fire hazards, on August 6, the Neikeng Town Government and Chuntian held a symposium on the renewal and transformation of drying line equipment of shoe and plastic enterprises. Deputy Mayor Hong Zhenhua, the delegation of Fujian Chuntian New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (Zou Zhiheng, Dong Guangyang, Xu Yaoquan, Huang Huoquan), relevant persons in charge of the Jinjiang Slippers Industry Association, and representatives of some shoe and plastic enterprises attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Chuntian Zou Zhiheng introduced the production scale and business situation of the enterprise, focusing on the product advantages, technological performance, and safety attributes of the company's new generation of low-energy intelligent shoe glue drying and curing machines. Relevant persons in charge of the Jinjiang Slippers Industry Association and some representatives of shoe and plastic enterprises put forward opinions and suggestions on the comprehensive performance of the equipment to solve the problems of high energy consumption, high maintenance costs, and major fire hazards of the drying line.
Deputy Mayor Hong Zhenhua pointed out that Neikeng Town has always attached importance to the main body of enterprises, innovation-driven, quality and efficiency, green energy conservation, and safety support. In recent years, fire accidents caused by explosions in drying boxes have occurred from time to time, which has seriously hindered the safe development of enterprises and endangered the lives of employees. The purpose of holding a symposium is to promote the principle of "government setting the stage, industry associations performing, and enterprises benefiting from safety", to promote the establishment of information sharing, jointly study and solve the safety precautions of the drying assembly line, and eliminate fire safety hazards from the hardware. Emphasize: First, we must improve our ideological understanding. The renewal and transformation of assembly line equipment is beneficial to both the present and the long-term, and can not only ensure the safe development of enterprises, but also ensure the safety of employees. The heads of various shoe and plastic enterprises should further unify their thoughts and understandings, deeply understand the new equipment, new performance and new benefits, and comprehensively consider the equipment renewal and transformation matters in combination with the actual safety development of enterprises. Second, we must adhere to the guidance of standards. Equipment manufacturers should combine the production status of slippers industry enterprises to provide a set of standard solutions for equipment renewal and transformation, integrating energy saving, environmental protection and safety, and provide enterprises with easy-to-use, economical and safe products to enable enterprises to produce safely. Third, we must speed up the demonstration work.
