Development of dehumidification and drying process of wood dryer:

 

1. The development of wood drying process refers to the specific conditions of the company, equipment type, dried tree species, wood stacking method, partition spacing, specifications, board use and drying quality requirements.

 

2. The gas dry density of common tree species is 0.3g/cm3-0.85g/cm3, and the temperature rise range is 45°C-85°C, and the temperature is appropriately reduced for tree species that are easy to crack, collapse and difficult to dry.

 

3. The adjustment of indoor temperature and humidity should be adjusted according to the moisture content, temperature, air humidity of the plate at that time, as well as the main technical parameters and wind speed of the drying room, combined with the performance of the layered moisture content of the plate, to prevent the formation of drying defects.

 

4. For new tree species that have not been dried, according to the tree species attributes, the drying process of relatively similar tree species can be used, and then improved according to the actual situation in the dehumidification and drying process of the wood dryer, and a softer drying process can also be set up for drying to ensure the drying quality.
