Specific requirements: the drying temperature is best controlled at 35-50 °C, and the time is about 10 hours. Ensure that the glutinous rice is white in color, slippery to the touch, and has a high recovery rate.

Classification of conventional drying According to heating heat source: electric heating drying, coal-fired boiler drying and heat pump drying.

1. Electric heating and drying: simple, convenient, no pollution, its temperature is not easy to control. The efficiency of electric energy conversion into heat energy is low, and the power consumption is large, the cost is slightly higher, and the process stability is not high, and the product color is not good.

2. Coal-fired boiler drying: high calorific value, strong sustainable heating capacity, high energy consumption and high pollution, dangerous, the inner wall of the heat pipeline is easy to scorch due to electrostatic adsorption powder, and the color of the product is not ideal.

3. Heat pump dryer drying: high thermal efficiency, simple operation, reliable and durable, adapt to a wide range of industries, all-weather operation, wide application area, good drying effect, economic, energy saving and environmental protection, accurate temperature control accuracy, high process stability.
