Before drying yellow croaker:

Drying yellow croaker:

It is slow to dehydrate, and generally marine fish drying requires relatively low temperatures. The drying parameters are around 30℃. At the same time, control the dehumidification and drying speed not too fast, maintain a large air volume and wind speed during the drying process, avoid water vapor staying on the surface of the material, and dry until the fish belly and gills can no longer squeeze out water.

After drying the yellow croaker:

After drying, the yellow croaker is cooled to the same temperature as normal, and then vacuum packed for storage, transportation and sales.
